- What Is Your Approach to Treating Anxiety?
- My approach to anxiety therapy is grounded in the understanding that anxiety symptoms are your mind and body’s attempt to keep you safe. While uncomfortable, these symptoms often serve a protective purpose. In therapy, we work together to explore and gently challenge the thoughts, beliefs, worries, and past experiences that contribute to anxiety.
